Dr. Crystal Trull

Principal of CT Consulting, Dr. Crystal Trull brings over 20 years of experience helping nonprofits strengthen governance and ensure sustainability. She is also a lecturer in the Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management program at UC San Diego, teaching courses on nonprofit governance, leadership, and strategy. With a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, Crystal bridges academic insight with real-world expertise, serving clients from small volunteer-run organizations to large multi-million-dollar nonprofits. She has held numerous nonprofit board positions, including chair, vice chair, and committee leader, and is passionate about empowering boards to lead with purpose.
